Actual Schedule TBD, but for now, here's a list of activities. Of course everyone is free to do whatever they want any of the time!
Friday
Some icebreaker activities (led by Ksusha)
A couple of numbers from the band
A group dinner (Mexican food catered from Ay Caramba)
Saturday
Breakfast on your own (food supplied)
An ice plunge led by Remco, and a sauna
A "relationship longtermism" workshop led by Ajeya (get a taste of her wisdom here, here, and here) - whether you've been married for 15+ years (ahem) or you're single and looking, or somewhere in between this will be an opportunity to think about what you're looking for in a long-term relationship. If you are renewing or thinking about vows, it'll also be a good opportunity to (re)consider how you'd want to articulate what your relationship is based on.
A process group led by Mike (a dear friend and psychotherapist whose website tagline is "Therapy for a Meaningful Life" - how apropos!) - a process group is a "container" dedicated to esxploring interpersonal dynamics in real time. Participants are encouraged to pay attention to their moment-to-moment experience and to put that experience into words. Group leaders seek to guide the process towards deep consciousness about the unfolding group interaction.
Lunch (probably pizza)
A few other activities that I'm still nailing down
Vow renewal ceremony (including at least three other couples that have signed up to renew their vows)
Dinner (catered), toasts and music
Afterparty!
Sunday check out time is, unfortunately, 10am. We'll have to tidy up and ship out pretty quickly. We'll provide breakfast food and leftovers!
