There are two entrances to the property from Woolridge Rd, you know you have the correct one if you drive over a small bridge and on a paved road, vs gravel. This entrance is the second entrance and sits in between a break between guard rails and has 2 mailboxes just before the turn. If you are coming from Genito/crossed the lake, you will need to make a U-turn at the second opportunity just beyond the entrances on the left at Hidden Falls street which will be on the right. If you hit the light you have gone too far, make a U-turn and the entrance will be in a ~1/2 mile. If coming from or past the Woodlake entrance, at the light on Woolridge/Timberlake intersection, the entrance will be in a 1/2 mile. The entrance is the second entrance and sits in between a break between guard rails and has 2 mailboxes just before the turn and a small "WaterView" sign on the mailbox. At night there is a ground light shining up just beyond the entrance. The house sits approximately 0.2 miles from the entrance through the woods, there is a sign with an arrow pointing left, and the Main/Estate house will be ~200-ish yards from the fork. Please drive slowly as there is wildlife and down limbs and trees on occasion. Follow the signs to the Manor 4801 to the right and left to the Pavilion 4710. The Manor home sits furthest from the entrance and the Pavilion is in between the Manor and Main home (connected to the Main home by a long concourse with a deadbolted door).
